 Will was elected Mayor in November 2005 and sworn in on December 8, 2005 after serving 4 years on the City Council. He also serves as the President of the Snoqualmie Valley Government Association; Will is chairperson for the Snoqualmie Valley Land Use Advisory Group. He is a member of the advisory board for the WRECK center, and is a member of the Duvall Rotary. Will has a BA in Communications from the University of Puget Sound and is employed by MassMutual in Seattle as the Agency Marketing Director. He and his wife and three sons have resided in Duvall since 1989.
